Ellen Anstey

  

Ellen Anstey is the Manager of Administration and Engagement for the Tsongas Industrial History Center, an education partnership between the University of Massachusetts Lowell Graduate School of Education and the National Park Service at Lowell National Historical Park. The Center seeks to deepen students and educator understanding about the history, science, and engineering of the American Industrial Revolution through the use of landmark historic resources and experiential learning approaches. I have worked for the Center for the last 21 years. As a member of the management team, my job entails taking care of our budget and helping to manage the administrative work between the the Park Service and the University. Through the engagement side of my job, I manage our website, social media, online newsletter and assist in planning and promoting special events. I have a Masters in Public History from UMass Boston.
