As Head of Reader Services, I work as a reference and special collections librarian as well as oversee the children's library. I help people use my library's resources and direct them to other institutions when necessary. Knowing how scholars are using items can help me better serve them. In the past I handled our monthly newsletter and I can update webpages. My coding skills are basic. The more I can learn, the better.
