I'm a full-time faculty member and advisor in UMass-Lowell's fully-online English Studies degree program, and I teach with technology every day. I earned my Ph.D. from UNC-Chapel Hill, with a specialty in Renaissance English literature. In order to learn more about educational theory and practice, I'm currently pursuing a graduate certificate from UMass-Boston's program in Instructional Technology Design. Currently, I teach a wide range of subjects including medieval and early modern English literature, historical linguistics, and contemporary speculative fiction.
